Tunisia: The government is working to adapt training to the needs of the job market (minister)

"The government is studying the situation of 600,000 unemployed young graduates and is thinking about developing the necessary training to adapt their skills to the demands of the job market," declared the Minister of Finance, Slim Chaker, on Monday in Tunis, on the occasion of the Tunis Days organized on June 15 and 16, 2015 by the French magazine "Le Nouvel Observateur" on the theme of economic recovery in Tunisia.
He cited, in this context, some successful experiences, namely the competitions organized by associations and financial institutions for young people, which have created more than 800
jobs.
He announced, in the same context, that a regional development bank will soon be created to boost investment and initiatives by the Tunisian diaspora.

The president of UTICA, Wided Bouchamaoui, for her part, argued that Tunisia needs more visibility to change the administration and facilitate access for Tunisian companies to financing.
