ReKrute's CV Library Evolves: Identities and Backgrounds Visible in the Results List

We are constantly improving our tools to better align with new recruitment demands: faster processes, higher expectations, and stronger competition.
It is with this in mind that we are launching a major improvement to the CV library.
From now on, in the results list, you can directly see candidates' identities and their professional backgrounds, without having to open each CV.
Until now, profiles appeared anonymous and required individual opening to discover who was behind each application. This step, repeated many times, could slow down search efficiency.
With this evolution, the CV library becomes a true space for quick reading and identification.
A smoother, more powerful experience
This new interface allows recruiters to:
- Quickly scan profiles and understand "who is who" at first glance,
- More easily compare career paths and professional trajectories,
- Faster identify relevant, unique, or high-potential profiles,
- Greatly reduce the number of unnecessary CV openings,
- Build shortlists more quickly.
The result is simple: less friction, more clarity, and faster decisions.
A direct impact on recruitment performance
By making key information visible in the list, the CV library helps to:
- Speed up sorting and pre-selection,
- Reduce the time between searching and the first candidate contact,
- Optimize the use of unlimited access,
- Improve recruiters' daily comfort and efficiency.
CVs remain accessible in detail, of course, but the essential information is now available upfront, at the moment the first decisions are made.
A CV library that becomes a true prospecting tool
This evolution transforms the CV library from a database to consult into an active sourcing tool, designed for quick reading, comparison, and opportunity detection.
It is part of a broader vision for ReKrute: to offer solutions that are always smarter, more useful, and more performance-oriented, serving recruiters and companies.
We would be delighted to hear your feedback on this new experience.
