Job :
The Agile Delivery Coach works within the framework of the UIF strategy, in close collaboration with the division's Agile Coach, who leads it and ensures its consistency.
- Contribution to the UIF 2027 strategy:
- Macro-Cycles: support their adoption, prepare Scoping, build realistic Workplans, identify risks and dependencies, gather feedback.
- Continuous Improvement: help teams analyze their operations, co-build experiments, measure effects, and share learnings.
- AI in coaching: experiment with priority uses defined by UIF (coaching, diagnosis, facilitation, capitalization), identify benefits and limitations, capitalize on feedback.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Diagnosis: observe operations, identify irritants and root causes, challenge the diagnosis with the division's Agile Coach, formulate a measurable improvement objective.
- Support: co-build pragmatic solutions, combine practices suitable for the context, propose experiments and measure their effects.
- Delivery: make work and commitments visible, improve the management of flows, capacity, dependencies, and risks, strengthen planning and predictability.
- Collaboration: design and facilitate workshops (problem-solving, alignment, planning, retrospectives), improve interactions between products, services, Run, partners, and suppliers.
Required profile :
Master's degree (Bac + 5) in computer science with 5 to 8 years of experience.

- Facilitation, coaching, mentoring, change management support
- Contribution to a diagnosis without imposing a single interpretation or solution

- Comfort with measurement, indicators, and results-based management
- Ability to work within a defined strategic framework, in collaboration with the division's Agile Coach
