In the heart of the metallurgy and steel industry / automotive sector in Beni Mellal, a stimulating opportunity awaits a dynamic profile for the position of workshop manager. This central role guarantees operational efficiency and smooth logistical flows within a demanding industrial environment.
The role aims to optimize the overall performance of the workshop by ensuring exemplary coordination between production and customer expectations. The main objective is to guarantee rigorous management of operations while maintaining a high standard of quality in processing requests, thus ensuring customer satisfaction and service profitability.
Daily life in the workshop revolves around proactive flow management:
- Supervise the planning and rigorous follow-up of sales.
- Manage after-sales service activities to ensure exemplary responsiveness.
- Coordinate technical teams to meet delivery deadlines.
- Manage the interface between field needs and commercial administration.

Required profile :
A 2-year higher education degree (Bac+2) is required to succeed in this role.
Proven professional experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role will allow you to calmly approach the challenges of this position.
Mastery of the workings of sales administration and a strong appetite for after-sales service are decisive assets. Expected skills include:
