Position:
Assigned to the Store, your role is to supervise customer reception and information and to manage the store's financial flows while optimizing customer checkout.
To do this, your areas of responsibility are:
- Distribute, plan, and control your team's work;
- Carry out monetary transactions between the vault and the checkouts;
- Count the cash register funds;
- Train employees in job techniques;
- Monitor cancellation badges;
- Ensure the connectivity and proper functioning of the checkout equipment;
- Guarantee an optimal level of customer reception, information, and satisfaction.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- With a Bac+2 / Bac+3 degree in Finance/Management or equivalent; You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in retail;
- You are proficient in office tools and the information system related to the job;
- Customer service orientation, self-control/stress and conflict management & rigor/respect for rules and procedures are the key success factors for this position.
