Two pages - this is the ideal length of a resume. Stay concise so that recruiters can quickly scan your resume and detect the relevant points. Not all information deserves to be mentioned in the resume. Professionals and managers with several years of experience can save space for truly relevant information by following these tips.
What parts of the resume can be shortened?

1. School and university education
Only mention your highest diploma. The primary school you attended is not of interest to the recruiter. Your secondary school results are also not important for experienced professionals and managers. When you mention your academic career, simply focus on the name of the university, the field of study, and the final result.

2. Personal data
Since the law prohibits employers from selecting workers based on criteria such as nationality, parents' professional activity, and the number of brothers and sisters, this type of information is totally outdated in a resume.
Information about your membership in a political party or your religion is only useful if you are applying in related fields, such as a Catholic school.

3. Internships
As a professional or experienced project manager, you have normally acquired enough practical experience in the field that an internship from many years ago does not represent a real plus on your resume. Internships only make sense if they fill a gap in the resume or if you have not yet gained much experience. In this case, you can list these internships without developing them as much as permanent positions.

4. Hobbies
There is no need to reveal information about your hobbies if they have nothing to do with the job requirements. Why should the recruiter know that you enjoy reading or traveling? It is preferable to list hobbies that could have a positive impact on your professional performance. For example, if you are applying for a job in online marketing and you write a private blog, you can mention it because it can help you gain useful experience for the job. Give this section the title "Interests," to highlight them and profile yourself as an interesting candidate.
