The 5 Tricky Interview Questions

The job interview is feared by all, because recruiters put candidates to the test, deciphering their answers, both in substance and form. To prepare you, here is a series of tricky questions.
Could you tell me a little more about yourself? Difficult question because it is open-ended and aims to test your ease of expression and to discover your professional background. Answer quickly, smoothly and concisely, without stammering. Present concrete examples proving that you match the profile. Never be negative towards your former employer or boss, explain their shortcomings objectively, and propose solutions.
How many times in a day do the hands of a clock overlap? Don't panic, the right answer matters less than your reasoning skills and your improvisational skills. Analyze the problem, propose a logical method. Be quick. Never answer "no idea" directly.
Why are you particularly interested in this position? If you know the position and the recruiter, demonstrate your interest in them. Explain how the position matches your professional background. Ask additional questions about the position and future prospects. If you don't know anything (for example, you are with a headhunter), don't pretend that you like the company without knowing it. If necessary, say that you lack information.
In your opinion, what are your weaknesses? Don't fall into the trap of citing flaws that are also qualities, such as "perfectionist". Be transparent: indicate your areas for improvement, the points you are trying to improve. Do your self-criticism by explaining the lessons you have learned from this or that failing.
Do you have any other questions? Without questions, you will appear uncurious and unmotivated. Therefore, prepare a few questions about the sector, the company and the position. Avoid salary and leave topics. Don't hesitate to ask for feedback on the interview and be measured about yourself (neither boasting nor self-deprecation), confirming your interest in the position and adding that you hope you have been convincing.
